My name is Amy Bayliss and I'm a mom blogger whose niche is in southern charm and good ol' Cajun cooking. In fact, in just four short weeks I will debut an online cooking show called Today's Cajun Kitchen. I found your product at our local Albertson's in Prairieville and almost screamed in the aisle. My son, a Marine, was assigned to the White House as a chef, and once a year he is allowed to invite a guest to assist in the preparation of food.  He invited me as his guest this year and asked that I bring a case of your All-Purpose Seasoning he loves.  To my knowledge it remains in use in the White House kitchen, and guess what?  The President of the United States loves my son's gumbo and has it every Friday !

 Hi Michael!

Just have to first say how AWESOME Dis 'N Dat All Purpose Cajun Seasoning Mix is.  I am from New Orleans, grew up in Metairie, but have lived in Las Vegas for 13 years.  I have my sister ship me and my husband a case of this all the time. She goes to the Rouses in Pearl River and cleans out the shelf!!!!  We use like one a month - No kidding!! I give them away to friends and everyone LOVES it.  And I start to panic when my supply runs low because we use it on EVERYTHING - scrambled eggs, ground turkey, pasta, potatoes, steamed veggies, fish, etc.  Basically, if something is cooking on our stove, it will have Dis 'N Dat liberally sprinkled on it. I even add it to meat that will be seasoned with taco seasoning!!!! And I have even made fresh roasted cashews and sprinkled Dis 'N Dat on them as soon as I took them out of the pan.  Talk about DELICIOUS!!!!!! :)
